Elgoibar and Idiazabal Bridges

The Sigma Bridge on the River Deba in Elgoibar is oblique, and consists of 3 mixed box girders of variable depth adapted to changing moments of an isostatic beam of 39.2 m of span.

The Market footbridge over the River Deba in Elgoibar presents a variation of depth based on the criterion of comparison of Von Mises, seeking a uniform pressure along the 36 m of the structure.

The Zigor Kalea Bridge (Idiazabal) is a small structure of elliptical flat beams.

The footbridge of the City Hall in Idiazabal is a ribbed slab of prestressed concrete, poured over folded sheet Corten steel beams, which served as permanent formwork and helped avoid placing scafolding in the course of the river Ursuaran.
